In 2011 we'’re releasing a survey on professional development to support inclusion of children with special needs in out-of-school time programs.
The results of the survey will be included with current research on inclusion in an article for Afterschool Matters in 2012. We’'re greatful to the Robert Bowne Foundation and the National Institute on Out-of-School-Time for funding the project. If you’'re an OST provider in New Jersey, please complete the survey!
We’'re also working on a research project with the
National Institute on Early Education Research (NIEER)
and the New Jersey Council for Young Children to
determine best practices for reaching high risk and
underserved populations birth to age 5.
We'’ve been asked by the School of Public Affairs
and Administration at Rutgers Newark to assist
in building an alumni network.
